Volunteer Opportunities

Friday, November 6 & Saturday, November 7

Before You Sign Up

Choose only one position per time slot, but you may sign up for multiple time slots throughout the event. Please check the age requirements for each position. This form also has a question to collect a tally of pop-up tents/canopies and coolers that we can borrow for the event. Please consider lending supplies!

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6

Evening Setup | 4:00–6:00 PM

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 7

Morning Setup | 8:30–10:30 AM

 

Volunteer Check-In | 10:00 AM–12:45 PM

 

Event Operations | 10:30 AM–1:00 PM

Ticket Sales (Age 16+)
Concessions (Age 16+)

 

Event Operations | 12:30–3:00 PM

Clean Up | 3:00–5:00 PM

Important Details

All Saturday volunteers check in at the Volunteer Check-In Booth at the gate behind the school. Specific stations or tasks may be assigned when you arrive. Many activities are outdoors, so please plan accordingly and bring sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses.
